Reservation Calendar
The Reservation Calendar provides a visual overview of all coliving bookings across your rooms.
It is available in:
- Operations → Reservations
- The Dashboard
What It Shows
- All rooms listed on the left
- Dates across the top (day/week/month view)
- Bookings displayed as colored bars across dates
- Status indicators (e.g., Confirmed, Pending, Checked-in, Checked-out, No-show)
At the top, you also get a quick summary:
- Occupancy
- Arrivals today
- Departures today
- Available rooms
How to Use It
- Switch between Day / Week / Month views
- Filter by Room Group or Booking Status
- Toggle Available rooms only
- Click on a booking to see full details:
- Guest name
- Dates and duration
- Status
- Total amount
- Quick link to view the booking
