Viewing Your Activity and Bookings
Where to Find Your Bookings
Log in to the member portal and go to My Activity. You'll see all your past and upcoming bookings in one place.
What You Can See
For each booking:
- The space name and location
- Date and time
- Booking status
- The linked invoice
Booking Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Submitted — waiting for operator approval |
| Confirmed | Active and confirmed |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by you or the workspace |
| Failed | Payment was not completed |
Viewing the Invoice for a Booking
Click on any booking and look for the linked invoice. You can also find all invoices in the Billing section.
Cancelling a Booking
- Go to My Activity
- Click the booking you want to cancel
- Click Cancel and confirm
Refunds (if applicable) depend on your workspace's cancellation policy.
Common Questions
I can see my booking but haven't received a confirmation email. Emails can sometimes end up in spam. Your bookings in My Activity are always up to date regardless of email delivery.
A booking shows as Pending — what does that mean? The workspace needs to approve it. You'll receive an email when it's confirmed or declined.
Can I download a receipt for my booking? Go to Billing to download invoices as PDF. You can find the invoice linked to any specific booking from the My Activity view.
