What Is a Membership Plan?

A membership plan is a recurring subscription that gives you ongoing access to a desk, office, or other resource. Instead of booking one day at a time, you pay a regular fee and your access is always ready.

How to Subscribe

  1. Log in to your member portal
  2. Go to Plans
  3. Browse available plans — name, what's included, and price
  4. Click on the plan you want
  5. Review the details and click Subscribe
  6. Enter a discount code if you have one
  7. Choose your payment method and confirm

You'll receive a confirmation and access begins from your start date.

Understanding Your First Invoice

If your plan bills on a fixed day (e.g., the 1st of each month), your first invoice covers only the days between when you joined and the next billing date. This is called a prorated charge.

Example:

  • Plan: €300/month, billing day: the 1st
  • You join on the 20th January
  • First invoice: ~€116 (covering 12 days)
  • February onwards: €300 on the 1st each month

Auto-Renewal

Your membership renews automatically each billing cycle. If you have a card saved, payment is taken automatically — you don't need to do anything.

If payment fails, your membership will not renew. You'll receive a notification by email.

Viewing Your Active Memberships

Log in and go to My Activity to see your active subscriptions and upcoming billing. For a full breakdown of charges, go to Billing.

Cancelling a Membership

Contact your workspace operator directly — they handle cancellations from the admin side. Once cancelled, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Multiple Memberships

You can hold more than one membership at a time. Each runs independently and is billed separately.


Common Questions

What if I don't pay on time? Your membership won't renew and access may be suspended. Contact your operator to sort out payment.

Can I change my plan? Contact your workspace operator. They can cancel your current plan and set you up on a new one.

Will I get an invoice each billing cycle? Yes — an invoice is issued every billing period. You can view and download all invoices from Billing in your portal.
