Downloading an Invoice
Go to Billing, open any invoice, and click Download to save it as a PDF.
Your First Membership Invoice
If billing runs on a fixed day each month and you joined mid-month, your first invoice covers only the days from when you joined to the next billing date.\
Example:
- Plan: €300/month, billing day: 1st
- Joined: 20th January → first invoice ~€116 (12 days)
- From February: €300 on the 1st each month
The invoice shows the exact date range it covers.
Refunds and Credit Notes
If a refund is issued, it appears in Billing as a credit note linked to the original invoice.
For card payments, funds are typically returned within 5–10 business days.
Common Questions
I didn't receive my invoice by email. Check your spam folder. All invoices are always available in Billing regardless of email delivery.
I need an invoice with my company's VAT number. Save your company VAT number in your profile before booking. If an invoice has already been issued without it, contact your workspace operator.
Why is my first invoice a different amount than my monthly plan? It's prorated — covering only the days from when you joined to the next billing date. See your invoice for the exact date range.
