How to update your name, phone number, company, and profile photo in the member portal.

Where to Find Your Profile

Log in to the member portal and click My Profile in the navigation.

What You Can Update

  • Name — your display name shown on bookings and invoices
  • Phone number — your contact number

Why It Matters

Keeping your details up to date ensures:

  • Invoices are addressed correctly
  • Your workspace can contact you if needed

Linking to a Company

If bookings should be invoiced to a company, this is managed in the Company section of the member portal.

Create a New Company

  1. Go to Company in the sidebar
  2. Enter the company name
  3. Click Create Company
  4. Fill in the remaining company details

Join an Existing Company

  1. Go to Company in the sidebar
  2. Click Assign
  3. Enter the 6-character Company PIN
  4. Click Assign Company

The company owner can review assigned members and unassign them if needed.

At checkout, choose Book as company to issue the invoice to the company.


Common Questions

Can I change my email address from My Profile?
No — email addresses cannot be changed once the account is created.

My company isn't in the list. What should I do?
There is no company list. You can either create a new company or join an existing one using a Company PIN.

Will updating my profile change any existing invoices?
No — existing invoices remain unchanged. Updated details apply only to future bookings.

Can I add a profile photo?
Profile photo upload is not currently available in the member portal.
