Analytics and Reports
The Dashboard
Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives a live snapshot of today:
- Who's checked in — members currently in the location
- Upcoming bookings — what's scheduled for the rest of the day
- Recent payments — latest transactions
- Occupancy at a glance — how full you are right now
Occupancy Reports
Total Occupancy Rate — the percentage of your available capacity that has been booked across a selected period.
Occupancy by Product — a breakdown per space type (hot desks vs. private offices vs. meeting rooms). This shows which spaces are popular and which may need a pricing or promotion review.
Room Occupancy (coliving only) — overnight room occupancy tracked separately from coworking desks.
Available time ranges:
- Today
- Last 30 / 60 / 365 days
- Month to date
- Quarter to date
- Year to date
Revenue Metrics
- Total revenue — all payments received in the selected period
- Member spend — total broken down by individual member
- Company spend — total from company accounts
- Deposits — total deposits collected
For individual transaction details, go to Finance → Transactions.
Financial Records

Filtering by Location
All analytics are scoped to the location selected in the top bar. Switch locations to view data for a specific site.
Exporting Data
Look for the Export or Download button on lists you want to export (reservations, transactions, invoices). This downloads an CSV file for use in your accounting software.
AI Report Generator
Growth Plan only. The AI report generator is included in the Growth Plan and not available on the Founder Plan.
The AI report generator produces plain-language summaries of your performance — revenue trends, occupancy patterns, member growth — across all locations. It runs on top of the same data available in your standard analytics, but surfaces insights automatically without manual filtering.
Advanced Analytics
Growth Plan only. Advanced analytics and consolidated multi-location reporting are Growth Plan features.
Growth Plan operators get access to deeper reporting across their entire portfolio — revenue trends, occupancy rates, and member growth consolidated across all locations at a glance.
Common Questions
Which members book the most? The member spend metric shows total contribution per member. You can also open a member's profile to see their full history.
Can I pull a monthly revenue report? Go to Finance → Transactions, filter by the relevant month, and export to CSV.
Are AI report available on the Founder Plan? No — AI report generator are Growth Plan features. Founder Plan operators have access to the standard dashboard, occupancy reports, and revenue metrics described above.
